These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of Studio Nest, a marketplace that connects producers with professional recording studios. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You may use Studio Nest only for lawful purposes. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and booking sessions, to respect the studios and equipment you access through the platform, and to follow each studio's house rules and check-in instructions.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. If you book a session on behalf of a group, you are responsible for everyone in your party.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you book a studio session, the total price is displayed before you confirm. Payments are processed through Stripe. A platform commission is retained from each booking, and the remainder is paid to the host.

Some studios offer Instant Book, while others require host approval. For approval-based bookings, your request may be declined; if declined, you will not be charged.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, you may do so through the app before the session begins, subject to the host's availability.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their studio listings, including photos, equipment descriptions, pricing, and availability. Hosts must have the right to rent the space they list and must comply with all applicable laws, leases, and regulations.

Hosts are responsible for setting up and maintaining a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payouts. Studio Nest facilitates payments but is not a party to the rental agreement between you and the host.

Studio Nest is a platform that facilitates connections between customers and hosts. We are not the provider of the studios and are not a party to any rental agreement. We do not guarantee the condition of any studio or the conduct of any user, though we work to maintain a trusted marketplace through verification and reviews.

Reviews help keep the marketplace trusted. You agree to provide honest, accurate reviews and not to post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content. We may remove reviews that violate these standards.

You agree not to use the app to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, post false or misleading information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent payment through the platform, or interfere with the app's operation or security.

Studio Nest and its content, including the logo, design, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. Studio listings, photos, and reviews are owned by the users who provide them. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Nest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any issues arising from a studio rental, which is between you and the host. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid through the platform in connection with the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
